    Peter Martinek

    Joint Owner | Winemaker

Peter Martinek's lifelong journey of wine discovery led him fully embrace his passion for winemaking and viticulture in 2017. After earning a master’s degree in Italian Wine Culture from the University of Gastronomic Sciences in Italy, Peter honed his craft with an internship at the prestigious Barolo producer, Ceretto, under the mentorship of winemaker Dave Fletcher. Returning to the Geelong region, he further deepened his expertise by completing three vintages at Brown Magpie Wines and two vintages at Scotchmans Hill.

Taking on the role of vigneron, Peter has overseen every aspect of the vineyard—from planting to the day-to-day operations—and has also led the winemaking process at Mollers Lane, bringing his vision to life in every bottle.
