Mollers Lane is an emerging gem among vineyards, planted in the spring of 2021. In February 2024, we harvested our first vintage, now bottled and ready for you to enjoy.

We’re thrilled to announce an exciting expansion at Mollers Lane, featuring a winery, café, and wine room to enhance your visit. Immerse yourself in the winemaking process, enjoy freshly prepared food, and relax with our wines in a stunning setting. We're creating a space that embodies warmth, community, and the joy of unhurried dining.

We can’t wait to welcome you in 2026!

    Our Story

At Mollers Lane, our journey began with Pete’s passion for wine and food, nurtured through nearly a decade of living and working in the UK and Europe, where he reconnected with his European roots. His extensive travels left an indelible mark, inspiring a vision shaped by tradition, innovation, and community.

Upon returning to Australia, Pete formed a close friendship with Patrick, built over a decade that evolved into a partnership, sparking the vision for the beginnings of Mollers Lane—a place where passion and creativity come together to craft something truly special.

    Our Place

Situated just north of Lake Connewarre and its internationally renowned wetland system, recognised under the Ramsar Convention, this area is a haven of ecological significance. It boasts the largest expanse of remnant indigenous vegetation on the Bellarine Peninsula and serves as a vital habitat for approximately 20,000 waterbirds.

    Our Vineyard

Planted in 2021, our 1-hectare vineyard features. Pinot Nero, Verdicchio, and Refosco—a trio of grape varieties offering elegance, vibrancy, and bold character. Pinot Nero thrives in our cool maritime climate, delivering complexity and finesse. Verdicchio adds a fresh Italian touch, ideal for crisp whites. Refosco, with its deep colour and robust structure, stands out as a thrilling choice for reds.

    Our Winemaking

Our goal is to craft wines that embody exceptional quality and character, using winemaking techniques that highlight the unique attributes of our vineyard. We embrace a minimal-intervention approach and sustainable practices, allowing the vineyard's natural qualities to shine through in a style that authentically reflects its essence.

    Our Olives

Our olive grove, established in Spring 2020, was planted with a Mediterranean vision in mind, complementing our wines with a range of exceptional table olives. Featuring three distinctive varieties—Azapa, Manzanillo, and Uovo di Piccione—each brings its unique charm to the table.
