Our Olives

Our olive trees were planted in Spring 2020 and specifically selected for the production of table olives, adding a Mediterranean charm to our property, not to mention a delicious, home-grown product to complement our wines.

Each of the three unique olive tree varieties planted brings its own charm and distinct flavour profile to the table. - literally. The Azapa brings its Chilean charm, the Manzanillo offers versatility and a touch of Spain, and the Uovo di Piccione adds a lovely Italian flair.

Our olive trees are now reaching maturity, and we're eagerly anticipating producing our very first batch of table olives this year—a true celebration of growth and dedication.

  • Azapa

Originating from Chile, Azapa olives are large, can be pickled green or black and are known for their rich, meaty texture and unique flavour.

  • Manzanillo

A popular Spanish variety, Manzanillo olives are medium-sized with a firm texture and a slightly tangy flavour, making them a favourite for pickling.

  • Uovo di piccione

Translating to "Pigeon Egg" in Italian, these olives are medium to large in size and are known for their smooth texture and mild flavour.
